PRODUCTION
BARSOL Perfecto amor is the aperitif liquor from Barsol. The name represents in Peru traditional liquor wines which distinguish themselves with a harmonius melange from fresh juice of Quebranta-, Italia- as well as Torontel grapes and Pisco.
The production is thus similar to port wine, sherry or Pineau des Charentes. The big difference to the traditional liqueur wines from Portugal, Spain and France: Perfecto Amor does not mature in barrels. The reddish colour and also the nutty aroma come from the Quebranta grape, which forms the main part of the grapes used.
BARSOL Perfecto Amor is the only fortified wine from South America or Peru available in Europe to date.
TASTE
The aroma is bursting with fruity and nutty notes such as dried fruits, caramel, macadamia, almonds and sultanas. The finish is sweet and long-lasting.
SERVING SUGGESTION
BARSOL Perfecto Amor can be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif, on ice with a slice of orange, or as an ingredient in an aperitif cocktail of your choice.
