The popular long drink from Peru. Easy and quick to prepare, light and refreshing in taste.
- 60ml Barsol Pisco – Acholado
- 15ml fresh lime juice (the juice of a half lime)
- Ginger Ale
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters or Amargo Chuncho Bitters
- Pour Pisco, lime juice and bitters into a long drink glass filled with ice cubes.
- Fill up with Ginger Ale and garnish with a slice of lime.
