CHILCANO DE PISCO

 
The beloved long drink from Peru - quick and easy in preparation, light and refreshing in taste.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 60ml Barsol Pisco - Acholado
  • 15ml fresh lime juice (juice of half a lime)
  • Ginger Ale
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters or Amargo Chuncho Bitters

PREPARATION:

  • Add ice cubes to a long drink glass and fill it with Pisco, lime juice and bitters.
  • Top it up with Ginger Ale and garnish your Chilcano with a lime wheel or lime peel. Enjoy!
